Referral & Co-Management
A periodontal and implant partner for your practice
Dr. Hanookai treats the periodontal, implant and regenerative phase of care, then returns each patient to your practice for the restoration and ongoing general dentistry.
What to Refer
Cases she accepts
Referrals are limited to the gums, bone and implants. Crowns, bridges and the final implant restoration remain with you.
Active periodontitis, deep pockets and patients who need a periodontal maintenance plan.
Single teeth through multiple implants, placed to the restoration you plan.
Exposed roots, sensitivity and thin gum tissue ahead of restorative or orthodontic work.
Sockets to preserve after extraction, narrow ridges and sinus sites that need augmentation.
Patients with missing or failing teeth who are candidates for a fixed full-arch restoration.
Inflammation, bleeding or bone loss around an existing implant.
